Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product specialists are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return and manufacturer policy. See below for more information.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product specialists about details of your product’s specific warranty coverage. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify our product specialists of the problem immediately. If the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving goods, an exchange is sometimes possible. If the defect is reported after 48 hours of receiving goods, our associates will assist with beginning warranty procedures based on manufacturer requirements. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.

Damaged Products: Freight damage happens, which is why we unwrap and inspect all the products we install BEFORE we leave the store. If a defect is found, we’ll notify you of the situation and present you with options. If you have selected delivery without installation, or if you pick up your purchase, your product may arrive in factory packaging, and you will need to inspect for damage. If you locate damage, it must be reported immediately, and you must retain all packaging in as whole condition as is feasible for proper documentation. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Installation fees are not refundable within two business days of the scheduled installation date, even if not yet delivered.

Special order merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee – even if not yet delivered – and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box. Inbound freight charges incurred on special order items are not refundable. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will be delivered as soon as possible from the date of purchase and with attention to your preferred delivery dates. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. Arrival times from the distribution centers are always our best estimate and cannot be guaranteed; you will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. Due to variation in product shipping, we do not schedule customer deliveries until the product has arrived. All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Sales Tax

Per statute, sales tax is calculated based on where you take possession of your merchandise. This will be verified before your order is finalized and can cause a slight variation in the total shown on the website as compared to your final order.
