Washer was noisy right away and now 2.5 weeks later it is extremely noisy technican finally came out and said it was her the drum and bearings 2 more weeks have passed and not another word from anyone. LG really stinks.

The washer does not work. I have tried for two weeks to get a repair scheduled but LG has not called back nor do they take my concerns seriously. This was a BRAND NEW machine and it has not worked since cycle one- it starts and then turns off Horrible customer service.

My wife and I were very excited to receive our new LG Washer and Dryer. After reading the reviews of customers and checking out the reviews from Consumer Reports which rates our models as being Top Rated and Recommended we waited anxiously for them to arrive. First thing we washed was our Cal-King Comforter which would never fit in our 9 yr old 4.2 cu ft Washing Machine. Its always been a huge pain sending our Comforter out to be cleaned. What used to take about 2-3 days to be cleaned from our local Cleaners has now turned into 7-10 days due to Covid according to them. Now we are here to tell you our new LG 5.2 cu ft washer tackles our large Cal-King Comforter with ease And talk about Clean...all our loads of Laundry for some reason seems so much cleaner and brighter The use of the TURBO WASH feature I believe is credited for this but either way we have never been more impressed and completely satisfied with a Washer and Dryer purchase. Hats off and thank you to LG...definitely a home run

I love the LG front loader. The only reason it didnt get a 5 is that the small drainage tube use to drain excess water is extremely slow. Took me 15 min. to get it drained. And when opening the cylinder next to it after a wash water pours out if it hasnt been drained.

I bought this set with the anticipation of doing fewer loads. With the Mega capacity in mind Ive easily gone from 6 loads a week to just 3. It even fits a King size comforter with room to spare for sheets. It pairs nicely with my phone in the LG app which gives notifications when loads are running and finish. Keeps me on top of laundry so I dont forget to swap loads and get behind. Has definitely lived up to my expectations and beyond
