I have contacted customer support on three occasions seeking a copy of a manual for a sidekick washing machine. Each time I have been assured that it would be taken care of. This began on or about April 15 2024. I have still not received it.

Perfect Little Machine

We absolutely love this little machine. Its perfect for small loads. If you got a couple things that you need washed its perfect. Its also great for delicate loads. We use it more than we thought we would. If someone lived in an apartment this would be a great little machine for them.

Bought a washer/dryer with a pedestal washer from Home Depot. Loved the units until the beginning of 2024. Drawer on the pedestal locked up. Have been trying for 30 days to get service. Had surgery beginning of the month and not able to get my receipt so LG refuses to initiate the service call Ive requested. Lousy service and customer support.

Little Powerhouse

This little powerhouse has been a game changer I used to wash my undergarments and delicates in a garment bag in the regular washing machine and I always felt like it was such a waste for such a small load. Now I can wash my delicates in the sidekick at the same time as my regular wash or just whenever I need to wash them since it operates independently of the regular washing machine. And dont let the small size fool you because it is a powerhouse It washes just as well as the regular large machine and it is much quieter than youd expect I love this sidekick so much that we bought a second one to go under the dryer Yes you can put one under your dryer as well

We used the product all the time and liked it. But the hinge is terribly designed. It broke on one of the sides after about two years of regular use. Its a little plastic piece that no longer allows the lid to close and its effectively been unused now for almost 2 years. Its not worth the money.

Bad Washer Quality

I purchased this sidekick for my newborns clothings. The machine showed error code of PE after 2 months of using. The repair team came and replaced the mother board and water pressure sensor. they could not fix it and return is not an option. Bad experience.
