It™™s a spacious sized freezer. We have only had this Frigidaire freezer for a little over than a week. So far it™™s doing a nice job keeping our food at appropriate freezer temps.

AFTER A WEEK OF DELIVERY THE FREEZER QUIT WORKING. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I BOUGHT IT (5/20/2025) AND SO FAR I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO HAVE IT REPAIR. I WAS TOLLD THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR PARTS. I HAD WORTH $500 OF FOOD SPOILED.

This upright freezer has a large capacity and is very quiet. It seems to hold a steady temperature and keeps all the food frozen. The only feature that it lacks is a built in temperature monitor that let's you see what the actual temperature is. Therefore you must purchase a separate thermometer to be able to ensure the proper temperature is set and stays. Otherwise I highly recommend this product at this point. Will see what the future holds!

I love my new freezer.....it's the perfect size for me and all the shelves make it easy to store, sort, and reach the items without having to move things around. Freezer worked great at first, as we got close to a year, the freezer started having issues and I had soft food. Tried reaching out to manufacture and was given run around about no service tech in the area. Then they didnt have history of my call, dragged it on until manufacture warranty was expired then states nothing they can do. Just wanted to sell me an extended warranty the first few calls and then again no service tech in the area. Had a half of a cow that was in the freezer that has gone to waste now.

Freezer was easy to install and works well. Manual is a bit light on information, but the on-line information is good. Freezer was missing hinge covers as shown in the manual but is functional. Other than small details the freezer works fine. The real key is it is frost free. I only hope it stays that way. Time will tell as it usually does. Finis is good and it fit into the space we had set aside for it. Great product

The freezer is working great. After it arrived i noticed ice buildup and discovered an issue with the door. It appeared to have been damaged prior to being delivered. I contacted the appliance store where we purchased it and they sent a tech out to look at it. He agreed there was damage and is ordering a replacement door. I have full confidence that the new door will rectify the icing problem and hope to enjoy this freezer for many years.

I love the freezer but the light won™™t stay on. It went on when it was initially plugged in but it won™™t stay on. If we unplug it the light goes on but doesn™™t stay on.

We needed a new freezer and decided to change from a chest freezer to an upright freezer. So far we're really happy with it. We need to keep it higher than the "recommended" temperature in order to keep the temp below 0, but so far it's doing its job. I also like being able to more easily access food in the upright verses the chest freezer.

Loving our new upright freezer...I love that it multiple tall shelves and great shelving on the door as well...allows me to be so much better organized. And I love the vacuum seal so I know that the door is shut and no more loosely closing the door and defrosting occurring! I love the magnetic door feature.

I am loving my new freezer!! My other freezer went out and we had to store all of our frozen food at my daughters til we got another one. I am glad we bought the frigidaire. It has more room than the other and I love the glass shelfs.. I have room to spare.

Our new freezer came down to 8 below zero F in about 12 hours. I like the safety glass shelves and the solid trays on the door. Our last Frigidaire freezer lasted 15 years. We're hoping for good longevity with this one.
