I have an lg system in my bed room but even with it on it still felt humid. Having lg in my room i decided to put the frigidaire in the living room. The first night i had to turn it off in the middle of the night because it got so cold in my room. Luckily the app was super easy to connect to. All i had to do is roll over and turn it off with the app. Where as the lg app crashed 2 times before i got up and manually turned it off. Now i only turn on the Frigidaire to keep my apartment cold. Another plus is i can create a schedule to have it turn off when i head out to work and turn it on before i arrive home and have the apartment a cold 60 degrees ??

If you're like me and live in a muggy, Humid environment and have trouble sleeping at night because of those hot summers. GET THIS!, i was suffering at night trying everything to stay cool but unfortunately I run hot and my room heats up like a microwave, but this, THIS. This air conditioner makes my nights so much more comfortable, i program it to turn on 15 minutes before i get home and hot dog! My room is at a crisp comfy temperature by the time I walk into my room, I'm in love with it definitely beat purchase I've made this summer!

Bought this window unit when my central air failed as a replacement during the hot Florida heat. Surprisingly enough it cooled the house better than the central air, and cheaper to run too. Go figure. So now I keep it to supplement the central air. Also love the app. I control the unit from my phone, anywhere.

I am so pleased with my new window air conditioners! Seriously quiet, and the connected features are designed to perfection. I can power off the units when I leave for work and using the Alexa App power them on and set the temp from the parking garage at work when I™€™m ready to head home! The house is perfectly cool by the time I arrive home. I love the additional ability to program daily tasks as well. I have different rooms set up on different tasks to set the temperatures based on times of day and different days of the week. It is so nice to be able to control these air conditioners from anywhere, right from my mobile phone. We also use voice control from our Alexa devices. The mobile app even reminds me to clean the filters. Saves energy, quite operation, incredibly convenient, and smart device mobile controls. Highly recommend. See as

The air conditioner works as it should, but it came with a cheap little thin remote. I have 2 more Frigidaire ACs same size and model that come with a nice remote that has the temp reading on them. This one didn't!! Disappointing to say the least.

This AC is absolutely amazing. I live in the top floor of a multi-family house so during the summer, my apartment extremely hot. Not to mention, the heat travels to the top floor in the house so I was in need of a powerful AC unit to keep my place cool. A family member of mine actually recommended this AC (10,000 btu) but I decided to get a higher one. And boy am I so glad I did. It cools my apartment (studio apartment) quick. Not only does it have a remote, but you can also control it with an app and you can connect it to Alexa. It™€™s honestly the best purchase I made all summer. This 12000 btu unit goes well with the two 15000 btu units I have(also Frigidaire). Adding this unit to our 1667 sqft home has helped to reduce the load on the others with little to no real increase to our bill. The Wi-Fi feature is awesome I can adjust temps while away from home. I also have Alexa and it works great with it. Love the product

Called 800 no. and was given a no. to call a repair man, that's over 32 miles away! Alot of money for a unit that only lasted a season and a half. What a rip off. Extremely frustrated.
