I really like this fridge, I would like it even more if it had more space in the actual refrigerator part versus more room in the freezer. But if that's what you're looking for, then this would be a great one! I would just like more room in the fridge part. I love the deli drawer!

Had to purchase a new refrigerator after the previous 30-year old one took it's last "breath". I hope this one is as well made as the previous one. Cools very well and there is plenty of room in a 20 cubic foot size. I bought an upright Frigidaire freezer earlier this year and was satisfied so I decided to try a Frigidaire refrigerator. So far, so good.

I give this product a 3 stars for the model lacking the ability for the doors to close when they are left open, even slightly. Most reputable models have an adjustment of the front legs to slightly slope back to close the doors by themselves. The so-called Complete User manual for this Fridigaire model does not address the issue. The customer service at Frigidaire said that the best thing they can do is to refer me back to the installers. The installer sent a second rep who said there was no adjustment. Poor, and pretty much ineffective, customer service from Frigidaire. They need more training for sure.

Great quality. The reason I chose this refrigerator is the long deli drawer. The doors also hold so much more than others, between milk, oj, and juice bottles along with my Britain™™s container it is fantastic. Only thing is when the delivery people pulled plastic off front some was left behind and hard to get off. No manual inside and no instructions on how to adjust shelves but that™™s where the internet help me.

Our first frigidaire had issues and was still under warranty. We worked with customer service and they decided it needed to be replaced. We WAITED over 2 months for it to be replaced and that was totally unacceptable. It was extremely difficult to be without a refrigerator for that long. Every time we reached out to customer service we got a song and a dance about when the new one would arrive. Extremely frustrating. The new fridge is working well though.

Set up was easy and the inside layout was well thought out. Even though the fridge has the same sf as my old, it seems to have more room on the inside. The black seems to clean up with little issues (residue, etc.) as well. Maybe a crinkle finish would have been even better to hide fingerprints?

Bought this fridge on June 19,2024 bottom stop cooling. On 08/14/2024 technician came out n claim it was fixed. On 08/28/2024 stop working completely. Technician here as I type talking about compressor go out it gonna be a couple of weeks to get parts and have to wait for the warranty people to sign off on it . I have a 88 year old Mother living with me this is truly not acceptable. I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.

The refrigerator is fine. The delivery was a bad experience.. I had to call both Frigidaire and the delivery service while waiting on hold for several hours. Finally, got it delivered after three tries. Was told that my complaint would be passed on with further information within 7-10 days. Still waiting with no response. Was going to buy another for my second home but have since told others to shop elsewhere myself included.

lots of room! However my door gaskets seem to leak some humid air into the freezer and your company support does not help. I get passed on having to repeat my problem and serial number and model etc, like three times then I get sent a owners manual that does not address my issue. That part is a bummer. But the unit is otherwise great!

We bought this refrigerator because it was garage ready and a good size. It is very well organized does the black finish is a lot closer than I thought it would be. I™™d like the flexibility with regard to organizing the shelves. Nice storage on the door. It™™s only been a few weeks but we™™ll see how it performs as time goes by.

Works well so far. Installed for 3 weeks. Looks nice and a good size. Small thing really, but getting the protective plastic off from under all the plastic moulding is difficult. The doors are wrapped in a protective covering then the plastic moulding is installed on top. Cannot remove the moulding unfortunately.
