We purchased this last year. We were looking for a smaller refrigerator that can keep insulin in the required range between 36 and 46 degrees, which is what a normal refrigerator should do.This model does not do that and still keep the freezer cold enough.The refrigerator arrived with 2 manufacturing defects, one the top corner of the freezer gasket was not attached properly. This was fixed by dealer. The second was a defective filter dryer which was supposed to have been replaced by the dealer, but the repair may have only been to a valve.These repairs improved the temperatures, but it is still not adequate. I expect a freezer to be zero degrees not 10 degrees. The refrigerator should not hover just above freezing. We are not putting insulin in there. Frozen insulin must be thrown away.We called Frigidaire warranty repair. They replaced the Electronic Control Board and Temperature sensor. This did not improve anything. This model is simply not good,We are treating this so carefully, making sure it is not too full and not too empty, making sure the control settings are right and the vents are not covered. It seems necessary to buy a refrigerator with separate freezer and refrigerator controls, and not a Frigidaire.

I needed a new refrigerator, my 16 year old Frigidaire finally let go. After shopping the box stores, all the models were either too big or too small. I looked on Frigidaire's website & found they have in-between sizes at GREAT prices! There are only two people in my home & with electricity prices going through the roof...Thank you Frigidaire for making my life easier.

I replaced a cheap (all I could afford at the time) fridge that irritated me (unstable shelves that had to be readjusted all the time, no shelf in the freezer) with this lovely piece of equipment. It has a bit more holding power, is completely stable, and is much more orderly as far as placement of food. I am very happy with my new fridge!

I got this frig in black. I don't like how a white film shows up on it. I wipe it down every day and next day it's there again. frustrating. frig works great though.

Ordered 2/11/21, delivered 12/21/21. After using 3 waist-high fridges for all those months I was thrilled to have a real fridge that fit into my limited space. My last Frigidaire lasted 27 yrs; then had a GE that worked well for about 7yrs. That's why I chose this Frigidaire for which I had to wait 10 months. It's very close to what I had and I'm hoping it lasts a long time. I have the freezer set at coldest setting and temp is @10 degrees. It won't chill to "deep freeze". Any suggestions?

This was selected as a basement backup. From the beginning freezer leaked water into fridge. Yesterday tech came and defrosted fan, suggesting we put bags of ice into freezer. Seal at base of freezer door also not closed completely. This morning after ice bags in freezer all night, no water in fridge. Hope this continues.

The fridge runs appropriately with little issue. It does make a continuous grinding sound at times that last minutes in addition to other noises. It™™s hard to catch on video to prove when it has short periods of the same noise. Service came out and of course it wasn™™t making the noise. Now I have to try to record it to show what™™s happening. Otherwise no issues

I™™ve had this fridge for a little over a month. Everything on it works great, temperature is awesome, water and ice flow is great. I have it in stainless and it looks really nice and it™™s easy to clean. The only problem I have is the shelves on the inside door keep breaking. I™™m not doing anything different than I™™ve done with any of my other refrigerators in the past but the plastic cracks. I™™m now down to only 2 left and it™™s a big pain.

Have had this since August 21st the freezer works really well,but the frig compartment is a disaster, I have it set almost to coldest setting and items are barely cool to the touch, I™™m retired and not much money for service calls. Frog dare could come a take this and it wouldn™™t be a loss. Maybe if I won the $1000 dollar sweepstakes I could get a refrigerator that operates as one instead of just looking like one

I got this fridge just a while back and have completely fallen in love with it. It has the best features I could ask for in a fridge. Definitely an upgrade from my last refrigerator. I love having a drawer in the middle of my fridge along with two more on the bottom row. The shelf space is endless and I have room to store everything I need. When asked what refrigerator brand I recommend I always tell my friends that Frigidaire is the way to go.

I bought this refrig March 2017. When it was delivered the left side had many dents and when I questioned that I was told "if I ordered 80 refrigerators they would all be dented, because the quality and workmanship is not good!!! Now my big issue: the handle of the refrigerator broke off. Plastic broke. My husband and I are elderly and not that strong. It was not from abuse. I called the. Ompany where I bought it and was told there is no warranty, but he will speak with the owner and see what can be done!!!! I have owned several refrigerators and never had issues.. I love the fridge and interior. I just want my handle fixed.
